Spa Policies and Etiquette:
The following policies are designed to ensure you fully enjoy your spa experience:
we require a crdit card to secure your spot at spa by lenice.
24 hour cancellation policy for single appointments.
48 hour cancellation policy for multiple appointments or Spa Packages. (Booking two or more people in for one service each, is considered multiple appointments).
Failure to notify Spa by Lenice of your cancellation will result in a 100% late cancellation charge.
A no show is also a 100% charge.
At Spa by Lenice Day Spa, we do NOT give refunds on Services Rendered.
Must arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure appropriate paperwork is filled out and service can start on time.
Client must be 8 years of age or older.
Toddler Policy: Due to safety and insurance concerns, we are unable to have children in the spa. In consideration of other spa patrons, please make childcare arrangements before coming to the spa.
Only the client receiving the service can go into the service area.
To ensure a relaxing atmosphere, we ask that all cell phones or pagers are turned OFF during treatments. Service staff will not perform services if the client is talking on the phone.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Gift cards do not expire.
Please notify Spa by Lenice within one week of service date with any problem and/or concerns regarding your service. We will gladly correct the problem, as refunds will not be given.
We do not refund deposits on account. Deposits on account for services can be made with a credit card, cash, or a valid gift card. If a payment has been made on account for a service and you need to cancel within the appropriate time frame, the deposit will remain on account for a future service or product purchase.
No refunds on Gift card purchases.
Product Exchange & Return Policy: Due to the nature of the products we sell, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened and/or used. Unopened, unused products in the original packaging may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase with the original receipts. Please note in-store credits will be issued in place of refunds for unopened, unused products with original receipts.
Prices are subject to change without notice. GST will be added to all services and packages.
